Our CNC turned parts are produced on modern CNC turning centers with up to nine axes and driven tools. This allows even complex geometries and combined machining operations to be efficiently executed. CAM-supported programming based on your drawings ensures maximum precision and repeatability. Ideal for demanding precision turned parts.
Our machine park includes over 30 CNC lathes, as well as turning-milling machining centers and vertical turning lathes.
We use precision machines from leading manufacturers such as INDEX, TRAUB, STAR, and Nakamura.
This enables us to guarantee:
CNC turning is a machining process in which a workpiece rotates and is machined with precision tools to produce cylindrical or rotationally symmetrical components. “CNC” stands for Computerized Numerical Control − that is, computer-controlled machines that execute movements and machining steps with high precision.
Typical products made via CNC turning include: shafts, bushings, bolts, sleeves, threaded parts, and precision components for mechanical engineering, medical technology, or the automotive industry
We machine nearly all machinable materials, including:
The process enables high-precision, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing, even for complex geometries and tight tolerances.
HÖHN’s range of turning services covers turned parts in the following dimensions:
• From bar stock: Ø 3–80 mm
• Chuck-held parts: Ø 320 mm
For turning operations, we rely on high-precision turning centers from manufacturers such as INDEX, TRAUB, and Nakamura.
The range of turned parts that we can manufacture at HÖHN is extremely broad and is tailored to the individual needs of our customers. Possible end products include:
One of our areas of expertise is the machining of highly complex parts made from materials that are difficult or extremely difficult to machine.
