Stability and a future.
Precision. That's what it's all about.

The HÖHN name stands for industry, for the middle class and for family –
in short: for stability and a future.

Introducing Höhn.

We at HÖHN aren’t great orators – doing is more important to us. This is precisely what has made us what we are today: a top destination when it comes to the manufacture of sophisticated precision parts.

The HÖHN name stands for the full range of processing methods for metal and special materials by a team who perfectly master their trade. Our aspiration is to implement the ideas of our customers the best way possible, or even a bit better. We serve customers and industries across the globe.

Our success hasn’t fallen out of the sky, but rather stands on a strong foundation of the values of a family-run business – yesterday, today and in the future.

Business with vision. Precision with personality.
PRECISION. That’s what it’s all about.

Our compass: Steady.

Today, people talk about a philosophy or even a mindset. At HÖHN, we prefer to talk about having a steady compass.

Essentially, it’s guidelines which have shaped our actions since our founding and to which we adhere. Honesty and trust, reliability, team spirit, curiosity and openness are the most important values of our day-to-day actions.

The fact that they’ve been serving us this well for over 50 years shows that our compass can’t be all that wrong.

– Managing director –

Our values. Our promise.

The foundation of our success.

It’s the things you can’t measure in millimetres, much less µ, but have to feel and experience: values. We at HÖHN act in a value-oriented way. Why? Very simply because we’re convinced that, without values, you don’t have a foundation on which you can work successfully.

At our company, there are essentially four values or types of value to which we’re especially bound when interacting with customers, suppliers and partners, as well as within our company.

This also includes openness and fairness, a respectful “error culture” in which problems are addressed openly and solved together.

Both in terms of technology and people, you can rely on us when it comes to agreements and deadlines. We’re there when you need us.

We can only achieve grand things together – and it’s more fun that way, too!

The world is changing. It’s always been that way. It excites us, and we’re looking forward to it, because in new challenges we see opportunities for creative, exciting solutions.

A success story. Our milestones.

“If you don’t know where you came from, you don’t know where you want to go.” We’re able to look back on 50 years of history which actually got started in a garage. Our path hasn’t always been easy – to this day, we see challenges as opportunities for growth.

Perseverance and courage. Give it a go and make it better.
PRECISION. That’s what it’s all about.

Responsibility. Across generations.

As a family-run business, responsibility is in our genes. Responsibility for our products and developments, and therefore for our customers as well. Responsibility for our employees and the region in which we work. To us, the foundation is continually striving to combine success and growth with sustainability and vision. For example, we were able to generate over 500,000 kWh of electricity with an internal consumption rate of 76 percent using our photovoltaic system in 2022. In all, 18 percent of our electricity needs could be covered by our own production and more than 292 tonnes of CO2 could be conserved.
