It’s the things you can’t measure in millimetres, much less µ, but have to feel and experience: values. We at HÖHN act in a value-oriented way. Why? Very simply because we’re convinced that, without values, you don’t have a foundation on which you can work successfully.
At our company, there are essentially four values or types of value to which we’re especially bound when interacting with customers, suppliers and partners, as well as within our company.

FLURO®-Gelenklager GmbH founded. Production of joint bearings and joint heads for FLURO®.

HÖHN grow from 640 sqm to our current total area of 1,970 sqm.

25-year anniversary of HÖHN
Reiner Höhn joins our fast-growing company.
100 employees work in a total operating area of 6,500 sqm.
Additional comprehensive operational expansions enlarge our total area to 11,600 sqm.
Heralding of the change of generations
Reiner Höhn becomes the sole managing director.
The group of companies grow
170 employees are with us by this point.
Martin Höhn retires from the company after just under 50 years.
HÖHN celebrate their 50-year company anniversary.
As a family-run business, responsibility is in our genes. Responsibility for our products and developments, and therefore for our customers as well. Responsibility for our employees and the region in which we work.
To us, the foundation is continually striving to combine success and growth with sustainability and vision.
For example, we were able to generate over 500,000 kWh of electricity with an internal consumption rate of 76 percent using our photovoltaic system in 2024. In all, 18 percent of our electricity needs could be covered by our own production and more than 292 tonnes of CO2 could be conserved.
