From the procurement to the dispatch in our company logistically everything is aligned in detail. In our Kasto-Langgut-storage with more than 300 cassettes are common stainless steels like round steel 1.4571, 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4401, 1.4122, 1.4021, 1.4057, 1.4522 as well as hexagonal steels, flat material, steels for quenching and tempering, case-hardening steels, structural steels and non-ferrous metals with a diameter from 20-300 mm available. Our reliable suppliers, with whom we work together for many years, care for the prompt fulfilment of demand.

 

For a fast preparation of raw materials there is our own sawmill department with three saws for processes to a diameter of 300 mm. Approved teams in the working preparation and logistic assure a smooth and timely progression. From the receipt of orders to the dispatch all production processes are accompanied permanently. Precision parts deserve a high-quality treatment. With optimal cleaning processes to the anti-corrosion treatment and specifically careful packaging the part arrives safely.

A well thought out automation

The phases from the receipt of goods to the dispatch form a closed system, to make available semi-finished and finished products to the picking area for the processing, the assembly or the dispatch. The abstraction, distribution and onward transport of the parts according to the production order or client order is done with an automatic control, the Pick-to-Light-System. Marking technology is fully integrated.

With the application of mobile radio scanners are read all movements of the batches via barcode and entered in the data acquisition system. Additionally, weighing systems are used to find the exact piece number. Any time the processes and goods in stock can be tracked via visualization of the entire logistics.
